On-site Desktop Support
- Provides on-site and/or remote troubleshooting of, and support for, technological equipment for various departments under the Offices of The President
- Support deployments of new hardware, data-wiping salvaged equipment, and assist users with configuration of the new systems
Systems Management and Service Desk
- Provides advanced troubleshooting of, and support for, technological equipment
- Software packaging and deployment
- Engages in consultation and project work
- Tests emerging technologies and plans for deployment and implementation where applicable
- Provides triaging of support requests for Countywide Shared Services – Enterprise Resource Planning, Cook County Time, and Network Infrastructure
IT Asset Management
- Develops IT Asset Management strategies, policies, approaches, and practices across the full range of technology assets used within the County
Audio Visual
- Develops standards and practices for conference room audio visual equipment
- Provides consultation for conference room audio visual solutions
