The South Stickney Sanitary District (SSSD) is a government agency responsible for the delivery of water and the maintenance of sanitary sewers for all the residents of the City of Burbank and the unincorporated area of Stickney Township known as Nottingham Park.

The SSSD handles approximately 9,300 individual residential customer and commercial customer water accounts. The SSSD is also responsible for the construction, maintenance and repair of all of the sanitary sewer lines within the district that are not the property and responsibility of an individual property owner or the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District.
