A. Federal Statutory Law

The United States Bankruptcy Code is contained in Title 11 of the United State Code (U.S.C.). The Appendix to Title 11 contains the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy and Official Forms (see below under I.B.) Title 18, Chapter 9 contains statutes covering criminal penalties in bankruptcy.
