Online Payments

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY AN ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY (Ex: EC123456) CERTIFICATE OF OPERATIONS ORDINANCE VIOLATION, YOU CAN PAY ONLINE AT https://payments.lexisnexis.com/il/co/cook/administativehearings, IN-PERSON, VIA US MAIL. 

For all other citations, please click https://cook-il.dacragov.com/il/cook/portal/ to pay your citation online.

If a “Findings, Decision, and Order” (Judgment) has been previously entered for your citation you MUST pay the FULL AMOUNT of the Judgment including any additional fees and/or court costs as stated in the judgment, NOT the fine amount on the citation. 

You will need your citation number to make a payment. Your citation number will be two letters followed by eight numbers (ex. AC12345678) and can be found on your citation or Findings, Decision, and Order.  If your citation does not contain six numbers after the prefix, please add zeros ot the front of the number. As an example, if your citation number is LC 00123, add one additional zero so it reads LC 000123.

If you are paying a Forest Preserve Parking ticket and your ticket begins with P0, you'll need to enter your ticket as a PF00 followed by the rest of your ticket number.

Payments by Mail

ONLY Check and Money Order are accepted for mail-in payments. Payments by mail can be made for all types of administrative citations and judgments, with the EXCEPTION of Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC/RT). Payments can be mailed to:

In-Person Payments

Check, Money Order, and Cash are accepted for in-person payments. Respondents can pay in-person for all types of administrative citations and judgments, with the EXCEPTION of Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC). In-person payments can be made at:
