Pay your Citation Online, In Person, or by Mail

Online Payments

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PAY AN ENVIRONMENT & SUSTAINABILITY (Ex: EC123456) CERTIFICATE OF OPERATIONS ORDINANCE VIOLATION, YOU CAN PAY ONLINE AT https://payments.lexisnexis.com/il/co/cook/administativehearings, IN-PERSON, VIA US MAIL. 

For all other citations, please click DACRA (dacragov.com) to pay your citation online.

If a “Findings, Decision, and Order” (Judgment) has been previously entered for your citation you MUST pay the FULL AMOUNT of the Judgment including any additional fees and/or court costs as stated in the judgment, NOT the fine amount on the citation. 

You will need your citation number to make a payment. Your citation number will be two letters followed by eight numbers (ex. AC12345678) and can be found on your citation.  

If you are paying a Forest Preserve Parking ticket and your ticket begins with P0, you'll need to enter your ticket as a PF00 followed by the rest of your ticket number.

Payments by Mail

ONLY Check and Money Order are accepted for mail-in payments. Payments by mail can be made for all types of administrative citations and judgments, with the EXCEPTION of Revenue Collection/Use Tax (RC/RT). Payments can be mailed to:

In-Person Payments
