<h2>Writing and Publishing While Keeping Your Day Job</h2><p>(New Date) Friday, December 2, 2016, 12:15 p.m.</p><p><br />Speaker: Laura Caldwell</p><p><br />Ms. Caldwell, author of 14 novels (including her recent, “The Dog Park”) and one non-fiction book will share her experiences writing and publishing while remaining an active practicing lawyer.</p><p>Ms. Caldwell is a former trial lawyer now a professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and founder and director of the “Life After Innocence” project. Her works have been published in over 22 countries and translated into more than 13 languages.</p><p>This event is part of the Attorney/Author Lecture Series, co-sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association Creative Writing and Law & Literature Committees and hosted by the Cook County Law Library.</p><p>This event is free and open to the public. 1 CLE Credit Hour.</p>
