Service Information
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) allows members of the public to make requests for copies of public records for County offices under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act “FOIA” (Illinois General Assembly – 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.).
The State's Attorney's Office responds to requests for information maintained by its offices.
