As a recipient of funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), DPD affirmatively furthers fair housing and equal opportunity. DPD prepared a strategy detailing fair housing impediments and strategies in its Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing (AIFH).
