Grant Applicants (2024 CDBG & ESG)
Summary
Each year, the Bureau of Economic Development (BED) partners with the Department of Planning and Development (DPD) to solicit grant applications for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Programs funding through a competitive process.
The 2024 CDBG Programs Capital Improvement (Demolition and Economic Development), Public Service (Planning) and ESG applications are now available.
Application submissions will be handled via an online submission process. The links to the CDBG Capital Improvement, Public Service/Planning, and ESG grant submission pages are below:

All applications are due by 5 p.m. on March 22, 2024.
Important Notice: CDBG nonprofits may apply for one CDBG Capital Improvement project and one CDBG Public Service/Planning project. Otherwise, there is a limit of one funding application per agency.
